We are holding a Special General Meeting (SGM). Originally this was scheduled for August 4th, but given the feedback we have received from the community we will be changing the date.
Our SGM will now be held on August 27, 2024 at 6:00pm PDT.
We hope that this scheduling change will allow more of you, our members, to attend and lend your voice to the discussions we will be engaging in.
To ensure you can participate, we would encourage you to ensure your membership is up-to-date. Memberships come in many price points, including a $0 option. Visit our Membership link to renew or sign up as only active members will be able to attend, view documents, and vote.
Once you have verified your membership, please visit the Society Documents link while signed into your account. Here you will be able to find the agenda for our SGM.
If you have any topics of discussion you would like to bring to the meeting, please email your submissions no later than August 20th to ensure they make it on to the agenda.
